Tuition Fees:

 
(10 lessons each term of 30 minutes each week):

All other students £125

Students will be timetabled on a rota meaning they will not miss the same core lesson every week. 

LESSONS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE OF EACH TERM VIA PARENTPAY TO SECURE A PLACE 


Missed lessons due to a staff absence will be rescheduled, but lessons missed due to student absence will not.
A notice period of half a term is required to cancel the lessons, please email the Curriculum leader of music, h.alexander@baconscollege.co.uk, otherwise full payment will be incurred.
 
Bacon's College uses the 'Practice Pal' website to share the timetables, attendance and lesson feedback. You will receive an email invitation from Practice Pal to set up your account which you must accept. Students will then be able to download and use the Practice Pal app (or use the web version) to check lesson times and notes.

 
INSTRUMENT LESSON GUIDELINES

 
1. Students must be prepared to practise their instrument, either at home or by using practice rooms during school time.
 
2. Students are responsible for checking the timetable and turning up to lessons on time. A copy of the timetable will also be displayed on the music notice board and shared on Practice Pal.

3. If a student misses more than 3 lessons in a half term, parents will be contacted, and the student may be removed from the timetable.
 
4. Students should leave their instruments in the dedicated cupboard in the Music Department when at school.
 
5. Students must take their instruments home on the day of the lesson - it is not advisable to leave them overnight.
 
6. Students will receive 10 lessons of 30 minutes each per term which takes place weekly during the school day on a rota.

Performing Arts at Bacon's College
