Mental Health and Wellbeing Webinar

Join online on Monday 18th May 4-5pm

The Anna Freud Centre are national leaders in children and young people’s mental health and have worked closely with schools for several years. 

The session will be led by their expert trainers and will focus on supporting you as parents and carers with your children’s mental health and emotional wellbeing. Topics such as anxiety will be included.

Exam Stress Workshop for Parents/Carers

Wednesday 6th May 2026 - 9am

We’ll explore why exam pressure affects young people, share simple strategies to reduce stress, and offer practical tips to build your child’s confidence, motivation, and resilience during the exam period. Join us and learn how small changes at home can make a big difference.

In this session, we'll focus on KS3, Year 7, 8 and 9.
