Parent/Carer Survey 2023

Every autumn, we ask for parent/carer feedback in the form of our annual survey. In October 2023 almost 300 parents/carers shared their views:

Almost 80% of parents say that they are satisfied with the relationship that you have with the College.

  • 70% positive responses re day-to-day communication
  • 72% positive responses re the usefulness of our communication
  • 70% positive responses to questions about aspects of schooling & supporting students at home
  • Over 60% increase in positive responses re supporting my child at home & finding out what they are learning

Our shared aim is to ensure all of our students grow into happy and emotionally resilient young people.

Good communications between home and school are essential to ensure that students are able to achieve their potential and grow, emotionally and academically.

This area of the website provides parents and carers with all of the vital information you need in order to be able to support your child.

Communications home are mostly done via email or via the Arbor Parent Portal and App.

The Arbor Parent Portal allows you to receive messages from school, view attendance statistics, behaviour points, and update personal information on your child’s profile.

The Parent Portal is accessible online and via the app, every parent/carer receives their own unique log in to give access to your child's information.
