Bacon’s College Sixth Formers Celebrate A-Level and BTEC Success 15th August 2024

Sixth Form students at Bacon’s College in Rotherhithe celebrate today as they receive their A-Level and BTEC results.

The culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance has led to impressive achievements, with many students securing places at some of London’s most prestigious universities, particularly in STEM subjects.
Among the students who have successfully secured their first-choice university places are:

In addition to the students heading to university, we proudly announce that Daniel D has secured a highly competitive apprenticeship in Insurance Risk and Brokering with Willis Tower Watson. Daniel’s achievement, following his results of two As, a B, and a Distinction in Business, is a testament to his hard work and the excellent support provided by the staff at Bacon’s College.
Principal James Wilson expressed his pride in the students’ accomplishments, stating, “All our Sixth Formers celebrating their results today can take pride in their achievements and move on with confidence. Achieving highly in these exams requires hard work and persistence over many years and is the sum of everything our students have put into their studies. As they leave us, we want to congratulate them, thank them for everything they have contributed to our school community, and, of course, wish them well in their next steps. I am sure they will go on to replicate the successes we have seen today as young adults.”
The entire Bacon’s College community congratulates the Sixth Formers on their achievements and looks forward to their continued success.
